It's hard to understand what long term effects are on neglecting the body. It's easy to see over time your focus isn't where it should be.

Then there will come a time in your life where you will have to call on your body to perform at its highest level, and that's when your body turns to you and just....QUITS!

You don't think about it now, age is on your side, you're invincible, smoking, you can quit that any time right? Drinking alcohol in excess, everyone does that, I won't die from alcohol, I don't drink that much, right?

Over eating, fast food, fried food, processed food, it has to be healthy otherwise the government wouldn't make it available for us or allow companies to produce and market it right?

Here's your wake up call people!!! Your body will treat you exactly the way you treat it, neglect it, punish it, and push it to its un natural limits, and watch the most disappointed expression on your face when it fails you in time of crisis, or adversity.

If you're going to make a change, and one that lasts your lifetime, then that time my friends starts now!

However that may look for you, more water, more exercise, less food, less alcohol, no smoking, more rest, fucking do it!!!

The body isn't a roulette table where you spin to see if your number comes up, because believe me, neglect the body and your number is up!

We can't change the past nor should you beat yourself up about it. Start focusing on what matters most, weight loss, healthy sound nutrition, good hydration, vitamin supplementation if needed, cardiovascular training, strength training, core conditioning, stretching and flexibility!

Now is your chance to apologize to the body and ask for forgiveness as you begin a journey of rebuilding and repairing the one machine that takes care of you!
