All membership fees, personal training packages, and class packages purchased at Red Fitness Lounge are non-refundable. By purchasing a membership or package, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to injury, relocation, schedule changes, or personal circumstances.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances such as injuries may arise. In the event of a medical condition or injury that temporarily prevents a member from utilizing their package, the following options are available upon review and approval:
Membership Hold/Extension – A membership or package may be extended for the duration of the medical recovery period, with proper medical documentation.
Transfer Option – If permitted, the remaining sessions may be transferred to another individual with prior approval from management.
If a member experiences an injury that prevents them from safely participating in fitness activities, we encourage open communication with our management team. Members may request a temporary hold or extension by providing a doctor's note specifying the duration of their recovery period. Requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted in writing.
By purchasing a membership or package at Red Fitness Lounge, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Non-Refundable Membership & Package Policy.
All memberships and training packages must be used within their designated timeframes. Expiration periods are as follows:
10-session and 20-session packages expire 6 months from the purchase date.
72-session packages are designed for 6 months and must be used within that period.
144-session packages (year-long membership) expire at the end of the calendar year in which they were purchased.
Packages are based on an estimated usage of 3 sessions per week. If a member chooses to attend more frequently (e.g., 4-5 sessions per week), they may use up their sessions sooner.
Expired sessions cannot be carried over, credited, or refunded.
If a member with a 10-session or 20-session package does not attend for 3 consecutive months, their remaining sessions will expire unless they have responded with a return date.
Jamie (or management) will attempt to contact the member before expiration. However, if there is no response, the sessions will be forfeited.
This policy is in place because training time slots are reserved, and if a client does not return, it impacts availability for other members.
