JM in the AM-

Prioritize what you have to do in a single day, but make sure the goals you set for yourself are realistic enough to achieve them. Make sure on that priority list is a workout and healthy eating. That should be somewhere at the top.

I meet people everyday that have so many things going on in their life that they lose perspective on the single most important thing called living. They give up actually enjoying the journey because they are drawn in so many directions and can't focus enough to see the light at the end of the day.

If you don't get everything accomplished in a day, if papers weren't organized, if an errand didn't happen, if dry cleaning didn't get picked up, please remember you get another day, and that day is called tomorrow.

If you don't like the outcome of today and your performance, guess what, start over tomorrow on a new day and quit beating yourself up because you forgot something. We are all human, we make mistakes and no one but you is going to look at your list and say" hey, you didn't do that, or how come that didn't get done!"

The time for being exactly perfect is long gone, but the time for being healthy, exercising and redesigning your priority list is Now!

When it comes to time scheduling I am one at fault, I love to get in as much as I can and make sure everyone is happy. Then I woke up one day and realized while everyone else was happy, I was miserable! Then I realized, from now on, I come first, and everyone else comes a close second!

Wake up, drink your shake or coffee or eat your meal, go workout, train smart and consistent, eat clean the rest of the day and add to your "to do" list appropriately. Give room on your list for you to live and breathe and enjoy what life has to offer instead of work, more work, and oh, did I mention work.

You have the rest of your life to make healthy changes and get it right! Not everything has to happen in one day. Remember that and you will soon find out, life isn't as crazy as you have been making it!
